Estimated Delivery Time
For full-body character design (only front view) or illustrations (waist-up with background), the delivery time is typically 14 to 20 days.
If there is a delay in receiving your confirmation or if major revisions are required, the delivery schedule may be affected. In such cases, I will contact you to discuss the updated timeline.

Payment is required in advance via PayPal
Production Process
1.I will send a quote to your specified email address.
Depending on the content of your request, I may ask for additional information.
2.Once you confirm the price and are satisfied, please proceed with the payment.
3.Creation of monochrome rough sketch
You will review the general design using a black-and-white rough sketch.
4.Creation of color rough sketch
Based on the approved rough sketch, I will add color so you can confirm the overall tone.
Revisions can be made at this stage.
Revision limit: Up to 5 times
5.Final illustration delivery
Once the final piece is complete and you confirm there are no issues, the work will be delivered.
Minor color adjustments can still be made.
Revision limit: Up to 5 times
Important Notes
・If you wish to transfer copyright, please contact me. A separate fee will apply for rights transfer.
・Your illustration may be published on social media or in my portfolio as a sample. If you prefer it to remain private, please let me know in advance. A non-disclosure fee may apply.
・If there is no response for over a week without prior notice, the transaction may be considered canceled.
・Claiming the artwork as your own, redistribution, and use for AI training are strictly prohibited.
・Requests involving characters for which the client does not hold rights will not be accepted.
